I’ve been writing A Runner’s Diary on for nearly four years and have been republishing these stories on my blog,, every month.

However, after thinking it over, I realized that A Runner’s Diary needs to be a blog of its own.

In this blog, I plan to review products and services geared specifically for runners. I will also offer tips and strategies for both beginner and advanced runners from some of the top running experts.

I will also share my running experiences with you, which I hope will motivate you to keep your running journey going strong! Hopefully, you will offer me your insights as well.

Sometimes I wonder if I can really call myself a runner. I love to run. I’m passionate about it. But, it takes a lot of convincing for me to get out there and do what I love to do. Once I’m running, there’s no stopping me. And after I finish, I can’t wait for my next run.
